Kaylee Taylor

Kaylee Taylor is the Director of Care-A-Lot Lakeview. Kaylee has a CDA Child Development Associates in Infant/Toddlers and is working towards her Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education. She has been in the education field for over 17 years. She has worked at various Care-A-Lot locations and was even a Care-A-Lot kiddo herself. Kaylee’s experience ranges from infants all the way to high school. She has worked for other child care facilities, school districts as an aide, Buffalo Hearing and Speech and Erie 1 BOCES. She lives in Hamburg with her husband, daughter, and 2 german shepherd dogs, Panzer and Schatzi. In her free time Kaylee enjoys crafts, playing with her daughter, and relaxing in Java at her family cottage. Kaylee loves watching the children in her care learn and grow, seeing the kids learn how to do something new and even start conversing with their peers bring her pure happiness. Kaylees believes that kids learn best by playing and trying things for themselves, we have to let them try and give them the words in order for them to learn. Why not let them try?! She is First Aid, CPR and MAT certified!
