Maxine Schmitz

Hello! My name is Miss Maxine, and I am the Director here at Care-A-Lot in West Seneca. I have a deep passion for early childhood education and believe that every child deserves a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where they can grow, explore, and thrive. I enjoy working alongside our teachers and families to build a strong foundation for lifelong learning — focusing not just on academics, but also on social-emotional development.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mom to my daughter, Coraline, who inspires me every day and reminds me how meaningful this work truly is. When I’m not at the center, you can usually find me reading a good book, planning creative activities, or spending quality time with my family.
